Pierre Adrian is a French writer. In 2015, he published his first book, La Piste Pasolini, an initiatory travel narrative following in the footsteps of the Italian poet and filmmaker. For this work, he was awarded the Prix des Deux-Magots and the Prix François-Mauriac by the Académie française.He later published Des Âmes simples (winner of the Prix Roger-Nimier), Le Tour de la France par deux enfants d’aujourd’hui (co-authored with Philibert Humm), and Les Bons garçons, all released by Éditions des Équateurs.In 2022 and 2024, his latest two novels, Que reviennent ceux qui sont loin and Hotel Roma, were published in France by Gallimard and in Italy by Atlantide.Trained as a journalist and passionate about football and cycling, Pierre Adrian has been a columnist for L’Équipe since 2016
