Enrico Fink was born in Florence. He is a composer, singer, flautist, playwright. The son of the esteemed literary and film critic Guido Fink, he graduated in Physics but later abandoned his studies in that field to devote himself entirely to music, initially within the dance scene and as a jazz musician, before shifting his focus to the rediscovery and promotion of the Italian Jewish musical tradition. In 1998, he staged the show Patrilineare, the same title as his debut novel, which, as an unpublished work, received a special mention at the 37th edition of the Calvino Prize (2024). Fink is the President of the Jewish Community of Florence. He is also the director of the Orchestra Multietnica di Arezzo and is currently on tour with Ottavia Piccolo in Stefano Massini's production Matteotti (anatomia di un fascismo).
