Synopsis: Since she was a child, Aurora has always wanted to defend the world from evil monsters, while for Emma, her sister, monsters only exist in fairy tales. When an unexpected event forces them to confront reality once again, Emma will be forced to question her beliefs: maybe monsters really do exist.

Profile: Aureliana Bontempo (Prato, 1997) graduated in Disciplines of the  Arts, Music and Entertainment at the University of Bologna in 2019, and obtained a master's degree in Cinema, Television and New Media at the IULM University of Milan in 2022. Her first short film, The Last Lover, is about the last utopias of the small inhabited villages of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, and it was presented in 2021 at the DesignAgorà festival (Porto, Portugal). She is presently attending the Directing course at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (CSC) in Rome and she holds the role of Director of the online cinema magazine ODGmagazine.com. In 2024 she directed the short films Ski Masters and L'attaque.
