Synopsis: A beetle abandoned by its fellows lives on the top of an oak tree. Under the curious gaze of the insect, a hiker pitches her tent at the foot of the tree to spend the night, while a group of forest rangers mark with a red line the trees to be cut down.

Profile: Dimitri Martin Genaudeau is a director born in Paris in 1994. He studied philosophy and film history at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and at the City University of Hong Kong, later attending FAMU (Prague) in the Directing department before joining the SACRe PhD program at La Fémis. Crac! is his first film.
