Bloomberg Finance Lab

The Bloomberg Lab is a space reserved only to Ca’ Foscari members for the use of terminals to access the Bloomberg platform.

It is open from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.

You can access the laboratory only if you have completed the training and if you have database access credentials.

How to book the Bloomberg Lab

• If you are an expert user with database access credentials you can access the Bloomberg Lab:
  1. by booking via EasyPlanning or with MyUniVE app
  2. by selecting BEC – Bloomberg Finance Lab as service.

• If you are a first-time user write to  consulenzabec@unive.it.

Bloomberg Class

• who has access: lecturers from the Departments of Economics and Management
• opening hours: Monday-Friday 9.30 am-5.30 pm
• equipment:
  • 11 Bloomberg stations
  • 1 whiteboard
  • 1 50-inch screen connected to the lecturer's PC.

Carrels

On the second floor of the library 12 individual study places (carrels) are available; 6 carrels are reserved for lecturers, researchers, research fellows; the other 6 carrels are reserved for Master's degree and PhD students.
To reserve a carrel:

• go to EasyPlanning or MyUniVE app
• select “BEC - Posto individuale per docenti/ricercatori” (BEC – Individual seat for lecturers/researchers”) or "BEC - Posto individuale per laureandi/dottorandi" (“BEC – Individual seat for undergraduates/PhD students”) as service
• choose the carrel you want to book.
