Information tutors for enrolled students

The information tutors provide information on: enrolment; administrative procedures and deadlines; courses, exam sessions and teachers; disabled courses and methods of taking exams for students enrolled in courses of study that have been disabled; study plans (information on the timelines and editing plans), support in the compilation of the study plan.

Below is the You're next! guide, which collects a range of information and useful tips for studying, shared with students during the welcome meetings "Freshmen from today". You can quickly access detailed information by clicking on the different boxes on the cover. Inside the guide, there are also numerous links (highlighted with an underlined text) to the specific web pages, where you can find further information.

Open hours

To consult the open hours of the information tutors and reserve a place, click on the Campus / Department of your interest.

The service is active approximately from September to February.

N.B. Online tutoring desk: we recommend that you fill out the tutor desk reservation form in all its parts and indicate your matriculation number, email and mobile phone contact, so that the tutor can create a GMeet invitation.

The service is intended for students enrolled in the Bachelor's and Master's Degree programmes on the Economic Campus.

Location and time

The tutors' open hours between 16 September and 31 October 2024 are:

  • Monday 9.30 am-12.30 pm 
  • Tuesday 9.30 am-12.30 pm
  • Wednesday 9.30 am-12.30 pm
  • Thursday 9.30 am-12.30 pm

From 1 November to 20 December 2024, the help desks will be open

  • Tuesday 9.30 am-12.30 pm
  • Wednesday 9.30 am-12.30 pm

 From 7 January to 7 March 2025 the tutor will be available online every

  • Wednesday 9.30 am-12.30 pm

  • Thursday 9.30 am - 12.30 pm

The desks will be in presence at Room 7 Palazzo Malcanton Marcorà - Palazzina Marcorà.

Tutors are senior students who make their knowledge of university available to other students. They carry out many activities that meet the different needs of freshers, part-time students, students with disabilities and SLD, international students, attending students and much more.

Specialist and course tutors

To find out if a course provides supplementary teaching to support the study or if you need support for drafting your thesis, you can consult the websites of the individual Departments and Schools, where you can find the open hours for specialist tutors and information on what they do.

Online tutor

E-learning courses have their own space on the university Moodle platform: if there is an online tutor, it is indicated in the course space. You can contact the tutor online via e-mail, chat and/or forum. For more information, you can contact the Educational Programmes Office - Innovative Educational Unit

Tutor for disabled students and/or students with SLDs

These tutors are coordinated by the Disability Office and provide all the services required by students with disabilities and/or SLDs. To request tutor services or study support from a tutor, you can visit the Disability Services page where you can find all the information to contact the service directly, and you can learn about accessible routes, financial aid, and other services for students with disabilities and learning disabilities.
