Strategic Stakeholder Group
The Strategic Stakeholders Group (SSG) is an advisory body established in 2024, composed of highly qualified and experienced professionals.
Its primary mission is to support VSM’s leadership in the strategic development of its activities, with a particular focus on the local community and the global Alumni network of the School. The SSG is engaged in consultation activities related to educational programs, research projects, third mission initiatives, and other strategic endeavors of the Venice School of Management.
Specifically, it collaborates with program coordinators to design innovative teaching methods that align with the evolving challenges of the job market.
Stefano Bianchi
Partner Audit and Assurance, BDO Italia S.p.A.
Graduated in Business Economics at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Stefano is a Chartered Accountant and auditor, qualified in the UK (ICAEW) and Italy (ODCEC), and Fellow Chartered Accountant at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he has developed his career in the audit field in national and international contexts and in the application of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international IAS/IFRS. Head of the Accounting Standards Technical Function of BDO Italy, member of the IFRS Task Force of BDO International and of the IFRS Working Group of Assirevi and Board member of the Italian Standard Setter ('Organismo Italiano di Contabilità' - OIC).
Giovanni Bossi
Chief Executive Officer, Cherry Bank
Graduated in Business Administration, Giovanni Bossi became a Chartered Accountant in 1989. From that year until 1993, he was Manager of EFIM - Ente per il Finanziamento dell'industria manifatturiera. At the same time, from 1990 to 1993 he was a lecturer in Financial Science at Luiss University. From 1995 to April 2019 he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Banca IFIS. In July 2019 he founds Cherry S.r.l., innovative start-up active in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the credit and NPL process. In November 2019 he becomes the main shareholder of Cherry106 S.p.A. a company active in the acquisition and transformation of non-performing loans and the acquisition of tax credits. In Cherry106 he also plays the role of Chief Executive Officer. Following the merger with Banco delle Tre Venezie and Cherry106 S.p.A. in October 2021, he becomes the main shareholder and is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cherry Bank.
Alice Celletti
Climate and Sustainability Circular Economy and Supply Chain Manager, Deloitte
Alice Celletti has over 14 years of experience in social sustainability, human rights and responsible corporate supply chain management. She has held strategic roles guiding global companies towards achieving their sustainability and human rights goals. After a long career in Save the Children as Corporate Partnership Manager, she now works in Deloitte Climate & Sustainability, the benefit company of Deloitte Italy covering the role of Circularity & Responsible Supply Chain Manager. Her work focuses on supervising projects that integrate sustainability principles into corporate operations in line with the main regulatory requirements already in place or coming soon (CSRD, CSDD; CRMA; EUDR etc.).
Gabriella Chiellino
CO-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, IMQ eAmbiente Srl
First Italian graduate from the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at Ca' Foscari University in Venice and an architect. In 2003 she founded the eAmbiente group, of which she is President until September 2022. From 29 September 2022 eAmbiente srl announces that it has joined IMQ Group, and takes the name IMQ eAmbiente Srl and she becomes CO-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She has held various positions as Scientific and Technical Manager of Industrial and Territorial projects with the aim of reducing their impact. Member of various Regional and Provincial Institutional Commissions in the Technical Evaluation of Infrastructural Projects and Scientific Coordinator of various events on Environmental Topics. Former Environment and Safety Delegate of Confindustria Veneto. She holds various teaching positions at public and private universities. She is a member of several Boards of Directors of listed companies with the task of chairing Sustainability Committees.
Marina Collautti
Employer Branding, Recruiting and Mobility, Generali Italia
Marina Collautti graduated from the University of Trieste and studied in Italy and abroad. She developed her professional career in Generali within the HR Department, with diversified roles of responsibility also in international contexts. She is currently Head of Employer Branding, Recruiting & Mobility for Generali Group companies in Italy. In this role, she contributes to making known how Generali offers interesting professional opportunities to young people with diversified educational backgrounds who aspire to become an active part of a major transformation process, working in an inclusive context open to diversity, with multiple possibilities for professional development and growth, also in the field of the most innovative digital professions.
Andrea Erri
General Manager, Fondazione Teatro La Fenice
He has held the position of General Manager, Administration Finance and Control and Marketing at the Fondazione Teatro La Fenice in Venice since May 2017. From 2015 to 2016 he was General Manager at the Università Stranieri di Siena, and previously held the position of Director of Administrative Services and Human Resources at the Giorgio Cini Foundation in Venice for 14 years. From 2010 to 2018 he was president and legal representative of the International University of Art in Venice, a training institution in the field of restoration. He teaches Cultural Heritage Management and Project Management of Cultural Activities at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice. He is a member of the Deputazione Generale of the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena and of the Technical/Scientific Committee of the 'Teatro Stabile del Veneto'. He has also written a number of publications in the field of professional training for adults and training of trainers.
Elisabetta Floccari
Chief Financial Officer and Head of Procurement, Gruppo 24 ORE
She began her professional career in consulting, first at Arthur Andersen and then at Ernst & Young. She then joined the corporate sector, gaining significant experience in administration, finance and control of groups, including listed ones, leaders in the engineering, construction and publishing sectors, as Chief Financial Officer. These include the Permasteelisa Group, within which she also held the position of General Manager of the parent company for almost four years. She graduated cum laude in Economics and Business and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. She has expertise in ESG, having also attended the Professional Master programme in Sustainability Management at Ca' Foscari University of Venice in 2022. She holds the position of Non-Executive Director and Statutory Auditor in several companies.
Alessandro Franceschini
President, Altromercato
Alessandro Franceschini - He is President of Altromercato, the most important Italian Fair Trade organisation. From 2010 to 2016 he was president of Equo Garantito, the sector's trade association. He published for Altreconomia ‘Consumi o Scegli?’ (2022) with a preface by Father Luigi Ciotti; with Duccio Facchini (editor of the monthly Altreconomia) he wrote in 2024 ‘I Sovrani del cibo - Speculation and resistance behind what we eat’. He is Program Director of the International Master in Sustainability and Circular Bioeconomy Management at the Rome Business School.
Pauline Gandiol
Head of the Institute and Transmission of the Métiers d'Excellence, LVMH Italy
Born in France, she studied international trade before specialising with a Master's degree in Communication and Events in Fashion, at Polimoda in Florence. After working for 12 years in the events world in Italy, she was called by the LVMH Group in 2017 to develop the Métiers d'Excellence project in Italy as well, following its debut in France in 2024.
Mariacristina Gribaudi
Chief Executive Officer, Keyline S.p.A and President, Fondazione Musei Civici Venezia
Mariacristina Gribaudi is an entrepreneur with a passion for art and culture. She began her career in the family business, Mareno Grandi Cucine, dealing with marketing, and later managed an antique import business. Since 2002, she has been chief executive officer of Keyline S.p.A., a leading manufacturer of keys and duplicating machines, a role she shares with her husband and, since 2022, her son Giacomo. She is President of the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia, of the Campiello Prize management committee and active in various boards of directors, including H-FARM and Newton Group Spa. For her activities, especially in support of the role of women, she has received several awards. She has published two books, L'altalena rossa and La Filiera del Dono.
Martina Iseppon
Marketing Director and shareholder, Valsana Srl
Marketing Marketing Director and shareholder in Valsana srl – a food company focused on research, selection and distribution of artisan gastronomic products – since 2003, where she is also Editorial Director of the corporate magazine. Degree in Economics and PhD in Marketing and Management at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, contract professor until 2008 at Ca’ Foscari University and Padua University, stakeholder of the degree in Science and Culture of Gastronomy at Padua University.
Antonio Pone
Central Revenues Director, INPS
Graduated with honors in Business Economics from the University of Venice "Ca' Foscari", Antonio Pone has a PhD in Business Economics. He is a statutory auditor and chartered accountant and accounting expert. Winner of the first management training competition course at the Superior School of Public Administration (S.S.P.A. today National School of Administration - S.N.A.) since 2000 he has been a manager at the National Institute of Social Security, where he first held management positions in provincial offices, before becoming, in 2009, a first level manager and taking the direction of regional offices (Veneto and Lombardy). From 2017 to 2020 he assumed the position of Chief Customer Officer. He is currently central director of revenue with vicarious functions of the general manager. He is a speaker at conferences on social security, contribution matters, labor law. He carries out training activities on public management issues.
Antonio Revedin
Strategic Planning and Development Director, North Adriatic Sea Port Authority
Licensed Sea Captain, after being a deck officer he began his career in shipping and port activities. From 2006 he is Director of Planning and Development of the Northern Adriatic Sea Port Authority, ports of Venice and Chioggia. From 2019 to 2022 he was President of the Cruise and Ferry Committee of the European Sea Ports Association (ESPO) in Brussels. Since 2022 he is a member of the Governance Committee of the same association.
