Faculty

Temporary advisors

Through direct selection for temporary advisors, candidates can collaborate with Ca' Foscari University of Venice as experts with proven expertise and specialization. Applications are examined by a committee based on your training, CV, or interview.

Research fellowships

Short-term research fellowships allow Master’s Degree graduates to pursue short-term research, typically less than 12 months, by involving them in existing projects and research groups.

Research grants

Research grants enable Master’s and PhD graduates to perform specific research programmes designed by the University or submitted by the candidates.

Specialist and academic tutors

The call for tutor applications is open to students enrolled in Master's or PhD Degree programmes and international incoming students. Tutors will assist by supporting educational activities such as conducting courses, seminars, and workshops, providing orientation for the study plan and the final paper, and welcoming and assisting international students.

In 2023/2024, we opened a call for Tenure-track Assistant Professor – RTT in Public Economics, focused on evidence-based policy research utilising randomised control trials and field experiments. The position was awarded to Dr. Sanghmitra Gautam from Washington University in St Louis.
