22-25/06/2017: International research group “Ko Murobushi Wandering Archive Vol. 2” which carries out the project “Sokushinbutsu to 'soto' no shintai: Murobushi Kō o megutte” (即身仏と〈外〉の 身体―室伏鴻を巡って), a collaboration between Ko Murobushi Archive and Kōeki University (Tōhoku University of Community Service and Science), Sakata. The project includes field work and a symposium on the sokushinbutsu (self-mummified anachorite) and Murobushi’s performativity.

21/01-09/03/2010: Participates in the study project on Hijikata Tatsumi’s text “Yameru Maihime” (病める舞姫) (The ailing dancer) organised by the Hijikata Tatsumi Archive (Keiō University) in collaboration with the theatre company Gekidan 1980 on the occasion of Hijikata’s birth anniversary. This study is in preparation for “‘Yameru maihime’ o akitaben de rōdoku suru: Yoneyama Kunio shōnen ni sasagu” (「病める舞姫」を秋田弁で朗読する―米山九日生少年に捧ぐ), reading-performance in Akita dialect of “Yameru Maihime”, with the participation of Yamaya Hatsuo (Theatre Zamuza, Asagaya, 9 March). Takes part in the previous study trip (supported by Hijikata Tatsumi Archive) to Kakunodate and Akita with Morishita Takashi and Gala Motofuji (Hijikata’s daughter), aimed at rethinking Hijikata’s history and apprehending the dialect of the region for the practice of reading.

At the same time, carries out research at Waseda University (Tsubouchi Shōyō Memorial Theatre Museum) as tokubetsu kenkyūsei (特別研究生) of the 21st Century COE Programme.
01/04/2003–31/03/2004: Joins the 21st Century Centre of Excellence (COE) Programme as Special Research Student (tokubetsu kenkyūsei) (特別研究生) at Tsubouchi Shōyō Memorial Theatre Museum, Waseda University with Prof. Takemoto Mikio (Course: Traditional Japanese Theatre Studies: Noh and Kyogen). Proposed project title:“Nōkyōgen no tekisuto-engi ni okeru karada” (能狂言のテキスト・演技におけるのからだ) (The body in the texts and enactment of nō and kyōgen). Takes also part in the nō seminars (世阿弥研究会) led by Prof. Takemoto Mikio, in which Zeami’s texts are philologically examined (attends the seminars until 2011).

Since 1995: Starts taking butō lessons (Ōno Kazuo, Ōno Yoshito, Murobushi Kō, Waguri Yukio, Iwana Masaki, etc.). While working as an interpreter for the Japanese masters, she takes actively part in the workshops.
1990-1996: Studies contemporary dance with Wanda Moretti (The Place, Venezia).
16-17/09/1995: Workshop with Iwana Masaki, Studio Presa Diretta, Padova.
1997: Studies classical dance with Christian Ferrier (CTR, Venezia).
07-08/06/1997: Workshop with Ōno Kazuo and Ōno Yoshito, Teatro Comunale di Ferrara.
1996-1998: Takes part in several workshops held by Pier Paolo Koss, Bologna and CTR (Venezia).
2003: Workshop with Murobushi Kō, Festival “Ottobre Giapponese” (Ravenna).
2007: Workshop with Murobushi Kō “Torcito Parco Danza I”, Masseria Torcito (Cannole, Lecce).


Dance Training in Japan

1999: Takes lessons with Ōno Kazuo and Ōno Yoshito (Kazuo Ohno Studio). 
2003-2004: Studies with Ōno Kazuo and Ōno Yoshito (Kazuo Ohno Studio, Kamihoshikawa), Itō Kim (danza contemporanea), Waguri Yukio (butō). Takes regularly modern/contemporary dance lessons with Yagishita Norio (Hiyoshi, Yokohama).
24-25/07/2004: Participates as dancer in“Gendai buyō ten” (Exhibition of contemporary dance) with Yagishita Modern Ballet Group directed by Yagishita Norio, in Haioku nite (廃屋にて) (In the deserted house), Mail Park Hall, Shibakōen, Tōkyō.
2007-2008: Participates in workshops held by Carolyn Carlson (BankArt, Yokohama), Alessio Silvestrin (Session House, Kagurazaka), Kondō Ryōhei (Condors) (Session House, Kagurazaka).
2009: Takes classical dance lessons attending Suzuki Fumiko’s ballet school (Waseda).
2013: Workshop with Murobushi Kō (Morishita Studio, Tōkyō).
09-13/05/2014: Workshop with Kobayashi Saga (“Intensive Workshops & Events Inspired by Hijikata Tatsumi 2014”, organised by POHRC).
2015: Participates in workshops held by Kudō Taketeru, Yotsuya (Tōkyō) and Aomori (Aomori Museum of Art).
24-26/07/2015: Participates in workshop held by Ikeda Fumiyo (at Waseda University) and in the dance project “Re: Rosas, Dance Project Waseda” (26 July), https://www.waseda.jp/enpaku/ex/3317/.
