Graduated, cum laude, from the University Federico II of Naples, she defended a thesis in comparative private law entitled "The Reform of German Law of Obligations: legislative crystallisation and jurisprudential application of § 311 BGB", co-authored by Prof. Antonino Procida Mirabelli di Lauro (University of Naples) and Prof. Peter Kindler (Ludwig Maximilian Universität Munich).
In 2022, she was awarded an 'Erasmus+' scholarship at the University of Cologne and in 2023, she conducted a thesis research period abroad at the Ludwig Maximilian Universität in Munich, for the purpose of writing her dissertation.
In 2024, he attended the 'Munich University Summer Training in German and European Law (MISU)' programme at the Ludwig Maximilian Universität in Munich and obtained the corresponding diploma.
In 2024, he also won the PhD in Law, Market and Person at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
He is a member of the editorial board of the journal 'Familia. Il diritto della famiglia e delle successioni in Europa', directed by Prof. Avv. Salvatore Patti, with which she published her first scientific contribution entitled 'Maternità surrogata: tra anomia legislativa ed incertezze giurisprudenziali' (‘Surrogacy: between legislative anomie and jurisprudential uncertainties’), as well as a contributor to the 'European Association for Family and Succession Law', directed by Prof. Avv. Salvatore Patti.
She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2023.
