Francesco BALLARIN is specialized in the audit of international and national groups that apply IFRS, operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors (mainly manufacturing, chemical, food & beverage and automotive) as well as banks and financial intermediaries, in due diligence and transaction services activities. During his professional career, Francesco coordinated the auditing of multinational groups by organizing the work of both the Central Team and the component auditors. He has also accompanied numerous companies in the IPO process. He also acts as a statutory auditor and collaborates on an ongoing basis with articles on the subject of IFRS international accounting standards, statutory auditing for Administration & Finance, Budget and Income (IPSOA) and the Veneto Accountant. Director since 2022 of the Board of the Treviso Bar, active in the following commissions: · Commission for professional training; Commission for relations with universities and schools, · Anti-money laundering commission · Commission for the management of ISP research and the like Journalist of articles and books on financial statements, international accounting standards and statutory auditing Since 2018 he has chaired the Study Commission of Accounting, Auditing and Control Standards of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Treviso and has acted as a speaker at numerous professional updating conferences for chartered accountants and statutory auditors.
