Legal Scholar and Lawyer specialized in Privacy Law and Intellectual Property Law, currently holding a position as a research fellow at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. She successfully defended her doctoral thesis and earned a Ph.D. in “Law, Market and Person” (Supervisor: Prof. C. Irti) from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Prior to her doctoral studies, she graduated with honors from the Università degli Studi di Bari "A. Moro" (Supervisor Prof. G. Resta) after completing a research period at the University of Bordeaux, where she conducted research for her master's thesis comparing the French and Italian approaches to collateral securities for intangible assets.

Following her graduation, she specialized in Data Protection Law and Intellectual Property Law, collaborating with prestigious professional firms. In 2022, as part of her doctoral program, she conducted research at the DReDIS (Laboratoire du Droit de l'immatériel de la Sorbonne) of the IRJS of l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Her research mainly focuses on generative AIs and their potential implications for Italian and European law.
