Group C.O.O. (Report to CEO): My responsibility was to drive the company growth in term of HR and Organization, Facilities, Real Estate & Property Management, Corporate IT and Procurement.

I was involved on the group reorganization project with direct responsibilities on:

  • September 2012  May 2015: Senior VP of HR, Organization & IT (Report to: CEO)
    Since April 2012, I was directly involved on the Company turnaround that completely reviewed all the Group Strategy and Organization with the support of The Boston Consulting Group. On top of that, in November 2013, I was part of the Key Top Managers team that developed the turnaround Business Plan (2014 – 2016).
  • May 2000 – September 2012: Senior VP of HR & Organization (Report to: CEO): My main responsibilities were to start the new HR department. Year 1999 Company Revenues were approximately 70 Million Euro (with 120 Employee).


April 1992 - April 2000: Benetton Group S.p.A. 

  • May 1999 – April 2000: Head of Organization (Report to:  H.R. and Organization Director).
  • May 1995 -  February 1996 : I was asked to support the United Optical CEO (United Optical was part of Benetton Group S.p.A as eyewear producer) as Project Leader for the company logistic workflow redesign project.
  • April 1992 – April 1995: Organization Analyst with the task to assist the Head of Organization & Recruting
