The course analyzes the issue of the pedagogical dimension of work and adult education with reference to the processes of development and management of human resources. Starting from an examination of the pedagogy-work relationship and of the characteristics of adult education. Particolar attention will be given to adult learning processes, national policies and European for the training and education of adults, on the topics of skills and capabilities, on the topics of management and development of talent. The course will provide the competence to understand how to qualify training starting from the transformation of adult action systems starting from the innovation processes (robotics, AI, machine leraning).

The course includes a program of meetings with HR managers and specialists in the selection and development of personnel who will share experiences and practices with students

The exam, conducted orally, aims to assess the student’s critical and personal reworking of the topics covered during the course. This reworking includes the **evaluation and analysis of real-world cases from the productive sector**, allowing students to explore the connections between theoretical concepts and their application in concrete work and organizational contexts. The exam is designed to value argumentative skills, independent reflection, and the conscious use of acquired theoretical and methodological tools.

Regarding the grading scale, the following model will be applied:
A. Scores in the range of 18-22 will be awarded in the presence of:
- Sufficient knowledge and applied understanding in relation to the program;
- Limited ability to collect and/or interpret data, formulating autonomous judgments referable to specific contexts of professional practice;
- Sufficient communication skills, particularly in relation to the use of specific language pertinent to training practices in adult or organizational contexts.
B. Scores in the range of 23-26 will be awarded in the presence of:
- Fair knowledge and applied understanding in relation to the program;
- Fair ability to collect and/or interpret data, formulating autonomous judgments referable to theories and specific contexts of professional practice;
- Fair communication skills, particularly in relation to the use of specific language pertinent to professional practice contexts and the main theoretical models analyzed.
C. Scores in the range of 27-30 will be awarded in the presence of:
- Good or excellent knowledge and applied understanding in relation to the program and real cases;
- Good or excellent ability to collect and/or interpret data, formulating autonomous judgments referable to specific contexts of professional practice;
- Fully appropriate communication skills, particularly in relation to the use of specific language pertinent to training practices in adult or organizational contexts.
D. Honors will be awarded in the presence of excellent knowledge and applied understanding in relation to the program, judgment skills, and communication abilities, also excelling in the analysis and application in professional practices.
The teaching methodology includes interactive lectures supported by multimedia tools, integrated with seminar sessions featuring professionals from the world of work and education. These contributions will provide opportunities to **deepen specific topics related to professional practices**, fostering a dialogue between theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and promoting an applied and contextualized understanding of the course content.
