After an introduction to the methodological foundations and the context in which innovation is managed in the CCIs, the course focuses on the adoption of tools inspired by DesignThinking methods for cultural organisations, analysing the organisational and managerial implications, and reflecting on how to boost the management of innovation and creative processes.
