This course is meant to provide the basis of micro-economic theory of productive sectors, oriented towards issue that mainly matters for international markets competition.

Written exam, possibly integrated by oral presentation of an assigned scientific paper. This latter possibility is offered only to regularly attending students. For the exams in the III and IV session, the test will be oral, with content previously agreed with the teacher.

Grades will follow the standard ECTS classification:
A EXCELLENT (30, 30L) – outstanding performance with only minor errors
B VERY GOOD (27-29)– above the average standard but with some errors
C GOOD (24-26) – generally sound work with a number of notable errors
D SATISFACTORY (19-23) – fair but with significan shortcomings
E SUFFICIENT (18) – performance meets the minimum criteria
F FAIL (<18) – some more work or considerable work required before the credit can be awarded
