1. Learn the main theoretical and regulatory features of New Space Economy businesses’ activities.
2. Learn to critically analyze the risk and opportunities presented for businesses that operate in the New Space Economy arena.
3. Gain an appreciation of emerging challenges which have been arising in the New Space industry.
4. Develop interpersonal communication (oral and written) skills underlying international business that includes sensitivity to the aforementioned emerging challenges.
Some basic knowledge of International Law is recommended but not compulsory to take this course. Some knowledge of Private and Public Law is also helpful.
1) Introduction

Non attendant students:
The exam will consist in two essay questions drawn from the course program content. Those students who have passed the written test may ask to sit for an oral exam (the result of the oral exam shall be averaged with the grade already obtained in the written exam).
Students may consult, during the exam, official legal texts (for instance, international treaties), only in paper/print out format and only if such a text is free of comments or notes.

Non attendant students: Written exam: 2 open questions (9 points each) and 1 case resolution (12 points).

Attendant students: oral exam:
- class presentation (speech, abstract, slides, deadline commpliance) (20 points);
- No. 3 class exercises and class debates (12 points).
Lectures and discussions on Moodle materials. Some videos may be used to enhance understanding and raise discussion.
