The teaching is among the characterizing training activities of the study course in Work, Social Citizenship, Interculturality - Common Path
The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the fundamental legal institutions of social services law, with particular attention to the functioning of public and private institutions and organisations, responsible for providing services, as a necessary integration of the studies of social services policies. welfare. Essential for these purposes will be the acquisition of an appropriate technical legal language and the ability to frame the individual institutions within the reference regulatory system, the form of State and government and the Italian administrative organization
1. Knowledge and understanding
1.1 To understand the multilevel regulatory system that today regulates the relationships between the different national, supranational and sub-state legal systems responsible for the regulation and provision of social benefits
1.2 To know the individual public law institutions covered by the program.
1.3 Understanding the role that these institutions play in the context of the italian form of State and government and of italian administrative organization
2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
2.1 Knowing how to frame the single legal institutions in the form of the italian form of State and government and administrative organization.
2.2 Knowing how to identify the single legal norms or the various sets of them intended to regulate specific interorganic or intersubjective relationships.
2.3 Acquisition of the knowledge of the institutions, distinguishing the function specifically performed by each of them in the model of italian form of State and government adn administrative organization

3.1 Interpret the normative texts.
3.2 Identify, distinguish and relate the principles and norms contained in the various sources of multilevel law.
3.3 To relate the legal institutions to each other and reassemble them to unity in the context of the Italian form of State and government.
No specific courses are required as prerequisites. A basic knowledge of Public Law and Administrative Law is highly recommended

The written test consists of 3 open questions relating to the topics covered by the program of the study, with particular attention to the principles, administrative organization and management models of social services, sector legislation.Each question will be given a score from 0 to 30. Passing the exam requires achieving a minimum score of 18 for at least two out of three questions.

Regarding grade grading (how grades will be assigned):
Scores in the 18-22 range will be awarded if there is:
- sufficient knowledge and applied understanding with reference to the syllabus;
- limited ability to collect and/or interpret data, making independent judgments;
- sufficient communication skills, especially in relation to the use of specific language pertaining to the Social Services Public Law

Scores in the 23-26 range will be awarded in the presence of:
- fair knowledge and applied comprehension skills with reference to the syllabus;
- discrete ability to collect and/or interpret data, making independent judgments;
- fair communication skills, especially in relation to the use of specific language pertaining to the Social Services Public LaW

Scores in the 27-30 range will be awarded in the presence of:
- good or very good knowledge and applied comprehension skills with reference to the syllabus;
- good or excellent ability to collect and/or interpret data, make independent judgments;
- fully appropriate communication skills, especially in relation to the use of specific language pertaining to the Social Services Public Law.

P. honors will be awarded in the presence of applied knowledge and understanding with reference to the program, judgment and communication skills, excellent.
