The exam consists of two parts, each worth 15 points, for both attending and non-attending students.

The first part of the exam consists of 30 questions with multiple-choice answers on the course contents. Each correct answer is worth 15 points.

The second part of the exam consists of an individual assignment. Each student will have to identify and analyze a start-up operating in a field to be defined for each element of the business model. The project work must be sent by a defined date and will be evaluated up to a maximum of 15 points.
The final grade will be determined by the sum of the scores of the two parts making up the exam.

During the course, more information will be made available regarding the technical methods of the exam.
The course is designed so that participation and discussion enable the learning process. Much of the course will be based on thorough discussions of case studies. We will use real business cases that provide a forum for students to apply the concepts and tools they will be exposed to. Each case discussion aims at providing students with a thorough understanding of the strategic nature of the situation, at helping them in defining the key issues and in proposing strategic alternatives and/or recommendations.
