The learing of international contracts' basic methodology and logics will be verified by written test, by two questions (open-answer and open-book) of equal value. Answers shall not exceed a given number of words (generally 700).
The evaluation of assignments will be mainly based on the understanding and command of the subject, on the capability to hierarchize concepts within the given length limits, on the appropriate use of legal terminology and Chinese characters, and on the possible presence of specific mistakes, omissions and inaccuracies.
