The course is aimed at examining some of the features of contemporary Chinese law in an historical-comparative perspective. Specific attention will be devoted to constitutional law and international business law.
By attending the course, students will acquire a general understanding of legal-institutional structures of contemporary China, both in the public and private perspectives.
