Nowadays, there has been a growing attention to the ways in which new businesses are created. In this constantly evolving global scenario, new entrepreneurial classes are being created, which are responding to market challenges by identifying new opportunities, creating new business models, and generating continuous innovation.
This course is focused on creating and consolidating the foundations and basic skills needed to understand the logic of entrepreneurship and strategy, and, eventually, to build one's own experiential background to become an entrepreneur. The course offers theoretical insights, practical hints, and hands-on experience with innovative tools to bring an idea (and a new opportunity) to the market with a new business model.
With reference to entrepreneurial dynamics, students will learn to:
- recognise opportunities
- analyse them in a manner consistent with the scenario, environment, market, and customers
- understand how to develop a value proposition
- prototype a new business model
- understand how to sustain it with a continuous innovation approach
With reference to the practical experience, students will learn to:
