The course is one of the educational activities characterizing the study program. The objective is to provide students with the basic principles of the relationship management between banks and clients and the banking transactions and services.
Knowledge and understanding:
1) Knowledge and understanding of the main regulations that governs the bank-client relationship;
2) Knowledge and understanding of the technical and economic characteristics of lending and borrowing transactions and payment, investment and insurance services.
Applying knowledge and understanding:
1) Ability to apply the rules that regulate the bank-client relationship according to the specific transaction or service used;
2) Ability to acquire the relevant information about the transactions and services in order to assess the actual cost.
Making Judgments:
1) Ability to select the bank transaction or service more consistent with the financial needs to be covered;
2) Ability to detect the most cost-effective bank transaction or service.
Prerequisite: Business Administration.
Students are required to know the fundamentals of Financial Analysis, Private Law (contracts and collaterals) and Corporate Finance.

Final exam, 20 multiple choice questions, 25 minutes time. Questions will ascertain the knowledge of the basic concepts presented in the course, the capability to apply to simple examples, and the critical understanding of such concepts. Students need to answer properly to at least 12 questions.
The course will be based on a combined learning approach based on classroom teaching and classroom and e-learning practice, through the Wooclap application.
The Covid 19 emergency may impact teaching and exam modalities in the interest of students.
