The course is among the characterizing teachings of the course of study in Language, civilizations and language sciences.

Understanding the issues, the evolutionary lines of the period examined.
Understanding a literary text and be able to use critical and methodological tools to analyze it.

Cultural traditions, historical processes, works and authors that have shaped Polish literature and national identity.
