The course represents a continuation of the first part (advanced administrative law and electronic procedure I), partly shares its themes, especially as regards the activity of the public administration and the exercise of administrative power.
Unlike the first part, the lessons will take place starting from concrete cases drawn from jurisprudential decisions chosen by the teacher. The student will be asked to participate in the discussion and to identify the legal issues emerging from the proposed case and to deal with them not individually as occurs in a manual exhibition, but by addressing the mutual interrelations.
Also the part relating to the electronic procedure will see the active participation of the student who will be called to exhibit and discuss with the teacher and colleagues one or more legal institutions drawn from the digital administration code and chosen by the student.
The student will have to know the notions of administrative law not only to be able to repeat them as happens in a traditional exam test, but also to be able to use them in front of concrete cases.
The student will be required to know how to orient himself in the face of new legal cases in order to assume the defense of one of the parties in a simulated judgment.
