Expected learning outcomes
- Possess knowledge related to the implications of uncertainty on business model innovation.
- Apply the fundamental theoretical constructs in the field of business model innovation to different situations;
- Know how to formulate hypotheses and judgement on the effectiveness of different strategic alternatives;
- Know and understand the real and potential impacts of Artificial Intelligence on business models.

Assessment methods
Teaching methods
2. all students must analyze all selected reports and looking for others meaningfull reports (home work);
3. each student will be given one or more of the selected reports to be summarized and presented to the class (0,5 h);
4. all students will take part into a class discussion on the impacts of AI on business model, as emerging from the presented report(s) (1 h);
5. each students will gather and summarize all elements focused on during class works to explore how AI can enable business model innovation (home work);
6. each student will make a final PPT presentation on his personal view about the AI business model framework.
