The course aims to give an introduction to the analysis of the main features of the cultural sector, as well as managerial approach to the study of cultural organizations. After analyzing the specificities of the different types of cultural enterprises, we examine the main strategic and management decision problems. This year we will deepen particularly the cultural planning and fund raising.
