The course is among the basic ones of the Degree in Economics and Commerce.
The course aims to provide students with the knowledge of the fundamental legal institutions of modern public law and to understand their function as tools for regulating economic and social reality. Essential for these purposes will be the acquisition of an appropriate legal technical language and the ability to frame human relationships of legal, personal and patrimonial importance, within the reference regulatory system.
1. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
1.1 KNOWING THE MULTI-LEVEL STANDARD SYSTEM THAT TODAY DISCIPLES RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT ADMINISTRATIVE APPARATUS.
1.2 KNOWING THE INDIVIDUAL INSTITUTES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW SUBJECT TO THE PROGRAM.
1.3 UNDERSTAND THE ROLE THAT THESE INSTITUTES CARRY OUT IN THE CONTEXT OF RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, CITIZENS AND BUSINESSES.

2. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
2.1 TO KNOW THE INDIVIDUAL LEGAL INSTITUTES UNDER THE ORGANIZATION AND ACTIVITY OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
2.2 TO DETERMINE THE INDIVIDUAL LEGAL RULES OR THE VARIOUS SETS OF THEM INTENDED TO REGULATE SPECIFIC RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, CITIZENS AND BUSINESSES.
2.3 BUYING THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSTITUTES, DISTINGUISH THE FUNCTION SPECIFICALLY CARRIED OUT BY EACH OF THEM IN THE FRAMEWORK OF RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, CITIZENS AND BUSINESSES.

3. SKILLS OF JUDGMENT
3.1 INTERPRETING THE NORMATIVE TEXTS.
3.2 IDENTIFYING, DISTINGUISHING AND PUTTING IN RELATION TO THE PRINCIPLES AND STANDARDS CONTAINED IN THE DIFFERENT SOURCES OF MULTILIVELY LAW.
3.3 PUT IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE LEGAL INSTITUTES AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO UNITS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, CITIZENS AND UNDERTAKINGS

1. GENERAL CONCEPTS: FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, STATE, SOVEREIGN, FUNCTION AND EXECUTIVE POWERS, PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW.
2. THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, THE ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION.
3.
