Admission requirements

To enroll in the Master's, candidates must be in possession of at least a second cycle, specialization or pre-reform (Italian Ministerial Decree no. 509/99) title. English language to proficiency level of at least B2 level is required and it will be evaluated during the interview; no official certificate is required. Notions of calculus and linear algebra are required. Master’s applicants interested in the Deloitte scholarship need to explicitly mention that in the cover letter and will be interviewed by a company representative as well. Only applications accompanied by all the required documentation will be considered.

Requirements:
Introduction to mathematical economics, E.T. Dowling, Schaum's Ed. 
Chapter 1, 2, 3, 4 (functions) and Chapter 10, 11, 12 (linear algebra).
During the first class of mathematics, students will go through a test to check on their acquisition of the above mentioned contents.

Application procedure

The online procedure involves two stages, each of which is obligatory in order to participate in the selection process. If you already have the login credentials for the reserved area (i.e. former Ca’ Foscari students), go directly to step 2:

  1. Registration on the university website (www.unive.it/registrazione), after which candidates are assigned an username and password to access the reserved area for the next phase of the application.
  2. Accessing the reserved area, fill in the application form and following the route https://esse3.unive.it, Menù > eng > Login

During the online procedure the candidate must attach the following documents in electronic format:

  • Self-certification confirming that you have the necessary qualification;
  • Curriculum vitae;
  • Valid ID document;
  • Any other documents listed in the Masters' call.

At the end of the online procedure, the candidate will receive an email confirming that the application has been submitted.

Selection fee: € 36 (inclusive of €16 stamp duty)
The fee is non-refundable, to be paid by the deadline when submitting the application of admission, through PagoPA. Failure to pay the contribution will result in the exclusion of the selection process and possible admission to the Master.

At the end of the online procedure, the candidate will receive an email confirming that the application has been submitted.


Enrolment fee and study support

The enrolment fee corresponds to € 6,000 (in two instalments).

Study grants are available covering the whole or part of the enrolment fee. Students can finance their course through facilitated loans [ITA] granted by banking institutions affiliated with the University. Loans are available from the University's partner banks.

For a.y. 2024/2025, a full grant will be financed by the company Deloitte Climate & Sustainability s.r.l. Società Benefit; the student beneficiary must carry out the internship at the company.
