Mathematics OFA

If you have been assigned the mathematics OFA, you will not be allowed to take any business, economics, and mathematics-statistics exams until its fulfillment. If you do not fulfill the OFA by September 30th of the academic year following your enrolment, you will not be allowed to take any exams included in your study plan until its fulfillment.

Throught the first academic year the University schedules five exam sessions for the OFA fulfillment. The first session is planned at the end of the relative course. The following four sessions are arranged at the end of each period.

For more information about the exam dates please consult the webpage Study > Exams.

How to fulfil the OFA

If you have been assigned an OFA, you are highly recommended to attend the related courses. They generally start on September/October of each academic year and the first exam session is scheduled right at the end of them. Attendance is not mandatory and you do not need to register in order to attend the course. However, please be reminded that you need to fill in your study plan and register for the final exam.

Details regarding classes and contents of the OFA fulfilment courses are published at the webpage Study > Timetable > 1st year.

Bachelor students who have not been assigned an OFA and wish to improve their background knowledge in mathematics are encouraged to attend the OFA courses as well.

You might be interested in attending the MOOC "Basic Mathematics" in order to enrich or consolidate your mathematical skills. All the information is available on the dedicated webpage Massive Open Online Courses.
