Reduced maximum amount of tuition fees
Tuition fees for BA and MA degrees - a.y. 2024/2025
If you have submitted an ISEE certification below 60.000 Euro but you do not meet the merit requirements established for your income level and enrollment year, you will be assigned the reduced maximum amount of tuition fees.
You are required to pay the discounted maximum amount of fees if you have paid the first instalment of tuition fees and you are enrolled up to the first additional year for a.y. 2024/2025 and you meet all the following requirements for the same academic year:
- you have submitted the benefit application form by 30 September 2024 (or 17 December 2024 with a penalty fee of 50 Euro, or 31 March 2025 in case of students who officially withdraw from their graduation exam);
- you have requested an ISEE certification for the right to university study valid in your favor by 30 September 2024 (or 17 December 2024 with a penalty fee of 50 Euro, or 31 March 2025 in case of students who officially withdraw from their graduation exam)
- you do not meet the merit requirements or, even if you meet the requirements, you have paid the first instalment of fees after 10 December 2024;
The discounted maximum amount of tuition fees for the academic year 2024/2025 are 1,854.00 EUR for bachelor's degree programmes (and degree programmes under the old system prior to D.M. 509/1999) and 2,096.00 EUR for master's degree programmes.
To this amount must be added:
- the regional tax for financial aid of 186,00 Euro;
- the 16.00 Euro stamp duty (only for students enrolled to the first year and for the students enrolled after withdrawal/loss of student status/transfer from another University).
You will be assigned this amount of tuition fees even if you meet all the requirements (merit included) but you already hold a degree of the same level as the one you are enrolled at Ca' Foscari.
Students enrolled with part-time status will pay 65% of the all inclusive tuition fees in addition to the same amount of regional tax for financial aid and, possibly, the stamp duty.
Please remember that all the University fees must be paid through the methods listed on How to pay
Students with non-EU citizenship should verify the requirements established on Non-EU Students webpage.
Instalments
The tuition fees for a.y. 2024/2025 are divided into three instalments. Students can enroll to the academic year by paying the first instalments, which every student is required to pay.
The total amount of fees for the whole academic year is calculated on the basis of the benefit application (if submitted), of the ISEE declaration and of the merit requirements. Students must meet the deadlines for all the aforementioned steps.
Students enrolled from their second additional year onwards must check their tuition fees on the webpage Subsequent year students
First instalment
The 500 Euro first instalment includes the regional tax for financial aid of 186,00 Euro and the tuition fees.
The 16 Euro stamp duty is added to the first instalment amount only if you enroll in your first year or if you enroll after withdrawal/loss of student status/transfer from another University.
The payment of the first instalment is due by 30 September 2024.
Students can also enroll in a bachelor's degree with open admission program by paying the first instalment by 30 October 2024 and a 50.00 Euro penalty fee for late payment.
