Exam sessions

I have taken an exam but I do not see it yet recorded in the booklet. Why? 

Once the mark is given and accepted, the teacher will record your exam.

I can't sign up for an exam. What can it depend on?

First check the opening dates of the appeal; if the appeal is open, change to the teaching offices and in particular:

Is it possible to register for exams after the deadline? 

No, it's not possible.

I am enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree, can I take exams from a master's degree?

No, non è possibile fare esami di livello magistrale se devi ancora terminare la tua carriera triennale.

Recognitions

I have taken exams abroad but I do not see them listed yet. What can I do?

If you have taken exams on an exchange program, your accreditation card must be approved by the Referent at the Teaching College or by the Contact person on the Erasmus + agreement; it is then checked by the relevant Department and the International Mobility office. Finally it is sent to the Careers Office that oversees the exam.

Can I take exams abroad that do not match any course on my study program? 

Yes, they can be included in your career with the original title appearing among your credit choices or extra credits, subject to authorization.

During the period abroad can I return to Italy to take some exams? 

No, it is not possible. 

I took exams abroad. Will I benefit from a training/internship waiver?

Only if you are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in linguistics will you be entitled to exemption from the internship.

I took exams abroad on a Joint/Double degree program, but I do not see them listed yet. What can I do?

If you have taken exams on a Joint/Double degree programme, your accreditation card must be approved by the Referent of the Teaching Committee / Contact person in charge of the agreement; it is then checked by the relevant Department and the International Mobility office. Finally it is sent to the Careers Office that will oversee the exam.

Languages

Exams taken at the CLA (Linguistic Centre of the University): I took the English-speaking OFA three times but I did not pass, what can I do? Can it be done privately?

To find out if my English language certification is valid for exemption from showing I have the relevant knowledge required for access to the courses, is it necessary to send it to the CLA?

Do I have to send the certification of passing the test taken to the CLA?

No, it will be the CLA's responsibility to send it to the relevant offices.

Internship and substitute activities

I have to do an internship at a company/institution, how should I got about it?

Get in touch with the internship office on how to proceed.

I am a working student. Can I get my internship activity recognized as a replacement activity? 

Yes, subject to authorization by the Teaching College. Contact the relevant campus/department.

I took exams abroad. Will I benefit from a training/internship waiver?
