A recent innovation in STEM fields are the new degree programmes in Engineering Physics (Bachelor’s, in Italian, and the English-taught Master’s degree), designed to train a modern and cosmopolitan class of high-level undergraduates, equipped to tackle issues related to advanced technologies, as well as in fields such as biophysics and biomedicine, or economics and finance, where quantitative physics and engineering approaches are increasingly relevant. Interdisciplinary Learning for a Changing World
