Professor Marrella at the Hague Academy of International Law

In 2013 the Hague Academy of International Law invited professor Fabrizio Marrella, International and European Law professor at Ca’ Foscari, to hold a series of lectures on private international law. The Academy just published the collected courses onThe Academy just published the collected courses on "International Protection of Human Rights and Activities of Transnational Corporations".

For Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, this is yet another prestigious recognition. Created in 1923 with funding from the Carnegie Foundation in Washington, the Hague Academy has always been an international reference for the academic promotion of international law and the pursue of world peace.

Each year, the Hague Academy of International Law selects leading professors to provide its attendees coming from around the world with in-depth analyses of key and currently relevant themes in private and public international law. Since 1923 the greatest names in international law talked in its headquarters shared with the International Criminal Court, leaving their words in one of the Recueil des Cours de l’Académie de droit International/Collected Courses of The Hague Academy of International Law, where the Ca’ Foscari professor now appears.
