On 4, 5 and 6 May, make your voice heard and vote to elect the students who will represent you for the next two academic years inside the University's governing bodies. Candidate lists must be submitted by 8 April 2021.

Covid-19: new measures for teaching activities valid until 6 April

Untile April 6, all classes and teaching activities will be held exclusively online, classrooms and study rooms will remain closed, library services are active. University buildings will remain open for technical administrative activities and research activities. 

PhD programmes at Ca’ Foscari: the call for applications is online

The call will be open until 1pm on 21 April 2021. Applicants can choose among 14 PhD programmes, with 88 scolarships being offered by the University. The investment in internationalisation is always increasing with 8 PhDs entirely in English, 10 international partner universities and 100 co-advisorhip programmes with 70 universities around the world

Ca’ Foscari prepares scientists to interrogate ancient ice

Ca’ Foscari participates in DEEPICE, a project funded by the European Commission that aims to equip scientists with the knowledge they need to understand the information on climate which is hidden in the deepest, most ancient ice cap in Antarctica.

2020 Dubai Expo: Ca' Foscari at the Italian Pavilion

Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and the Italian Committee for the 2020 Dubai Expo have agreed on the realization of important initiatives for the next World’s Fair, as a way to revitalize education, teaching and culture after the global pandemic, through a scientific and academic collaboration between Europe and Asia.

The Second Semester will begin on February 8th

Ready for the second semester? Classes will start again on Monday, February 8th, in the same way they have been conducted so far. You’ll be able to attend lessons both remotely and - in some cases - on campus, by booking a place through the MyUniVE app. We've also increased the number of available places in each library and reopened some study rooms.
