1. Persian Cinema

Target Audience: Advanced Language Learners (B2, C1 and C2)  

Description:

Dive deep into the world of Persian cinema, where you will explore iconic films and directors that shape Iranian cultural narratives. This course emphasizes the nuances of formal and informal Persian, enhancing your speaking skills through discussions on film themes, character development, and cultural contexts.

Format: 1 lesson per week

Duration: 8 lessons, 110 minutes each

- Curriculum Highlights:

  - Analysis of landmark films and their social impact

  - Discussions on cinematic techniques and storytelling

  - Guest speakers from the film industry (directors, critics)

Start date: April 16th

 2. Persian Culture

Target Audience: Intermediate (B1, B2) and Advanced (C1, C2) Language Learners

Description:

Discover the multifaceted aspects of Iranian culture, from ancient ceremonies to contemporary societal stereotypes. This course aims to deepen your understanding of Iran's rich heritage and cultural practices, fostering a connection to the language through cultural context.

Format: 2 lessons per week

Duration: 8 lessons, 110 minutes each 

Curriculum Highlights:

  - In-depth exploration of traditional Iranian ceremonies (e.g., Nowruz, Yalda, Sadde, and lesser known ceremonies in Iran)

  - Insight into cultural stereotypes and their origins

Start Date: April 18th

3. Virtual Trip: Explore Iran

Target Audience: Open to All Levels  

Description:

Join us for a unique summer course that takes you on a virtual journey through the historical cities of Isfahan, Mashhad, Yazd, and Shiraz. This immersive experience combines live video calls with local guides and interactive presentations, allowing you to explore Iran's architectural marvels and vibrant culture in real-time.

Format:  2 lessons per week

Duration: 8 lessons, 110 minutes each

Live sessions with a second teacher in the city

Curriculum Highlights:

  - Live tours of key historical sites (e.g., Naqsh-e Jahan Square)

  - Interactive Q&A sessions to enhance cultural understanding

  - Multimedia presentations featuring local art, cuisine, and music.

Start Date: July 7th 

 

����4- Intermediate level- 4 skills

I am excited to announce that our new Persian course will begin on April 16th. The course consists of 15 lessons, each lasting 110 minutes. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Iran time, which corresponds to 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Europe time.

To help you prepare, we will have 3 review lessons focusing on basic grammar and vocabulary:
