I am a postdoc research fellow at the Venice School of Management (VSM) at Ca’ Foscari University, Venice. I study trust in institutions and social media to learn more about digital citizenship in the framework of the EU Horizon SoMe4Dem.

My other research line, linked to the Ph.D. in Management I gained in 2023 here at VSM, is about organizing practices investigated through a post-anthropocentric perspective, focusing on plants. Specifically, I study living root bridges from the War-Jaintia indigenous groups in Meghalaya, North-Eastern India, and traditional vine-growing techniques in Italian vineyards.

I taught the course "Advanced Management of Nonprofit Organizations" last academic year (2023/2024), a sector I've worked with since the beginning of my career.

I hold a bachelor’s in management for the arts from Bocconi University (2013) and a master’s in visual culture and curatorial studies from Brera Academy of Fine Arts (2016).

In 2020, I co-authored a book sketching the panorama of Italian jazz festivals with Severino Salvemini and Arianna Riacciardi, while in 2021, I co-edited with Luc Steels the book Aqua Granda: A digital community memory in the framework of the EU FET Open ODYCCEUS.
