This Double Master's Degree Programme is organised by the Henley Business School – University of Reading (UK) and by the Departments of Economics and of Management of Ca' Foscari University of Venice. It allows selected students to attend courses in both universities and obtain a Double Degree:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance and Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Sustainability and one Master’s Degree among the following:
    • Finance
    • Investment Management
    • Financial Risk Management
    • Corporate Finance
  • Master’s Degree in Data Analytics for Business and Society and one Master’s Degree among the following:
    • Finance and Financial Technology (FinTech) (reserved to students attending the Fintech/BigTech recommended path);
    • Information Management & Digital Business - Big Data in Business (reserved to students attending the Business Application recommended path).
  • Master’s Degree in Global Accounting and Finance and one Master’s Degree among the following:
    • Accounting and Finance;
    • Accounting and Financial Management;
    • Corporate Finance;
  • Master’s Degree in International Management and Master’s Degree in Management (International Business);
  • Master’s Degree in Innovation and Marketing and one Master’s Degree among the following:
    • Marketing (International Marketing);
    • Marketing (Consumer Marketing);
    • Marketing (Digital Marketing).

Admission requirements

This Double Degree Programme is reserved to enrolled students in one of the following MA programmes at Ca' Foscari University of Venice:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance;
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance and Sustainability - curriculum Quantitative Finance and Risk Management and curriculum Sustainable Finance;
  • Master’s Degree in Data Analytics for Business and Society;
  • Master's Degree in International Management;
  • Master's Degree in Global Accounting and Finance;
  • Master's Degree in Innovation and Marketing.

Candidates wishing to apply to this Programme must provide evidence of their English language proficiency at least equal to CEFR B2 level through a IELTS certificate or equivalent test (please see: Acceptable English Language tests; My offer asks for an overall score of 6.5 with no element less than 6.0 in IELTS).

Equivalences between courses

Once they have been selected, students will be contacted before the beginning of the lessons in order to plan in advance the educational activities they will attend during their first year at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and abroad during their second year at the University of Reading, based on the equivalences between Ca’ Foscari courses and Reading courses (Learning Agreement).


Activities and opportunities

Selected candidates will:

  • attend their first year at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. First year tuition fees are due only to Ca’ Foscari University;
  • attend their second year at Henley Business School – University of Reading. Second year tuition fees are due only to Henley Busines School. Students will be exempted from paying tuition fees to Ca’ Foscari, except for the Veneto region fee and the stamp duty;
  • benefit from a 30% discount on the tuition fees due to Henley Business School during their second year;
  • get a Post-Study Work visa or a Graduate Route visa to stay in the United Kingdom up to two years from the graduation.

The ICMA Centre offers additional Masters scholarships;
