Adam Thirlwell was born in London in 1978. He is the author of four novels, and his works have been translated into thirty languages. His essays have appeared in the "New York Review of Books" and the "London Review of Books". He is also a contributor to the "Paris Review". He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 2018, and his awards include the Somerset Maugham Award and the E.M. Forster Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. He has twice been named one of Britain's best young novelists by "Granta". During the festival, the Italian translation of his latest novel, The Future Future, will be presented for the first time.
