The double degree programme jointly designed by the Venice School of Management (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) and Henley Business School (University of Reading), allows selected students to attend courses at the partner university during their 2nd year and, upon completion of the program, obtain two highly valuable academic qualifications for both the national and international job market.

The double degree programme is reserved for students enrolled in the 1st year in one of the following Master’s degree programmes at Ca' Foscari University of Venice:
At the time of application, candidates must have obtained at least 12 ECTS credits. Before departure, students must complete the credits required in the study plan for the 1st first year of the programme by successfully passing the relevant exams. Departure for the mobility will be granted upon achievement of at least 60 ECTS credits.
Students intending to participate in the programme must have an adequate level of English proficiency, which must be certified through one of the language certifications recognized by the partner university.
Selected students will be required to submit their language certificate during the registration phase at the partner university and will not be required at the time of application.

Students can apply for the programme following the procedures and deadlines outlined in the Call for applications and its annexes, which are published annually.

Selected students will complete one academic year of mobility at Henley Business School, University of Reading, during their 2nd year of enrollment, where they must obtain 60 ECTS credits and conclude their programme.

For the mobility year only, selected students will be required to pay tuition fees at the Partner University and will be exempt from fees at Ca’ Foscari, except for the regional tax for the right to education. As part of the agreement, Ca’ Foscari students are granted a 30% discount on tuition fees at the Partner University, which vary depending on the assigned Master's program. More details on the tuition fees to be paid at the Partner University can be found on the Henley Business School website: Postgraduate fees for international students.
For the mobility period, students will benefit from a mobility grant with a variable amount, as defined annually in the Calls for Applications.

Before departing for the mobility, selected students will be required to:
Further information will be provided by the Welcome Unit (International Office) upon completion of the selection process and after formal acceptance of the offer.
After reaching the destination, students will have to get the confirmation of arrival form signed by the Partner University, to certify the actual start date of the mobility period (orientation/welcome activities or educational activities).
If the students intend to make changes to the study plan agreed upon before departure, it is possible to complete a Learning Agreement variation form, which must be approved by the academic coordinators of the programme at Ca' Foscari and at the Host University within one month from their arrival.
The Learning Agreement variation form must be approved by both Academic Coordinators.
Before returning from the mobility, students will have to get the confirmation of departure form signed by the Partner University, to certify the actual end date of the mobility period.
As soon as it is available, students must send the Transcript of records issued by the Host University, i.e. the certificate listing all the exams they passed during the mobility abroad to the Welcome Unit (International Office).
The exams reported in the Transcript of records must correspond to those agreed upon in the Learning Agreement and any subsequent variation forms.
Students will complete their studies at the host university according to the deadlines and procedures established by the partner institution.
Once they have obtained their degree, students must inform the Welcome Unit of the International Office by submitting:

The Welcome Unit will initiate the credit recognition process for the coursework completed abroad and for the final thesis.
Students must submit a formal graduation request in the first available session following the procedures and deadlines reported in the relevant webpage (Thesis and final degree exam | Deadlines, admission and procedures), indicating the academic coordinator of the double degree agreement as their thesis supervisor.
During the graduation session, candidates will present their final thesis and receive their Italian diploma.
Both diplomas will be legally recognized in the countries where they are issued.
Once they achieve their Diploma, students can request to get a Post-Study Work visa or a Graduate Route visa to stay in the United Kingdom up to two years from the graduation.
