Access to the programme
Limited admission, with evaluation of minimum curricular requirements: 210 available places (70 for each curriculum).
Quota reserved to non-EU students residing outside Italy: 40 seats (13 for each curriculum).
Admission requirements
To be admitted to this Master’s Degree Programme, students must possess a proper individual educational background and the minimum curricular requirements. A certified knowledge of English at minimum level B2 is also required from the time of enrollment, or to be ascertained by the time the degree is awarded, depending on the curriculum chosen.

Admission with international qualification
Applicants with international qualification must have obtained a bachelor’s degree that is the result of at least 3 years of study. The preliminary evaluation of the qualification is mandatory. Procedures and deadlines are available on the dedicated online platform.
International qualification will be evaluated by the designated teaching committee after the pre-evaluation procedure carried out on the online platform.
European applicants and non-European applicants with a permit of stay valid for enrolment must take the onsite admission test. Non-European applicants who need a visa for enrolment will take the admission test via Skype.
Course overview
The Master’s Degree Course in Management aims to create experts in Management of Public and Private organisations that are confronted with the problems and opportunities dictated by the profound transformations on the economic scene on a national and international level. The course develops specific knowledge and skills in the field of Management through innovative teaching that actively involves the student, comparing it with the main players in the world of business and with local institutions. Depending on the students’ chosen curriculum, the course provides and deepens the strategic planning aspects of companies engaged in processes of opening internationally, administrative management, system planning and control systems of international businesses, or the management of distribution policies, communication and product innovation able to capitalise on the opportunities offered by the economic scenario in which organisations are called to operate.

Graduates in this Master’s Degree Programme can work in public and private organisations that are confronted with international dynamics in the functions involved in strategy, innovation, marketing, administration, corporate finance and management control.
Accounting and Finance graduates can work in multinational and international companies in key functions such as administration, company finance, and management control. The graduates that invest in this specific area of expertise will also have access to Italian and foreign consultancies operating in the field of business services on an international scale.
International Management graduates will be able to work in medium-sized and large manufacturing companies, multinational organisations, service companies and consultancy in the functions involved in strategic planning, in the management of international supply chains,m in personnel management, in the management of overseas sales, logistics and international sourcing.
Innovation and Marketing graduates can work in medium and large sized manufacturing companies, multinational organisations, service companies and consultancy in the functions do to with marketing, innovative project development and events organisation.

Educational activities include classroom teaching, workshops and an internship at the end to acquire a wide range of skills from the world of work.
During the whole university career, the various skills and knowledge acquired by students will be assessed through written and oral examinations.
The degree programme consists of writing a thesis, which must be original, exhaustive documentation and scientific investigation and which will be discussed with a committee of university professors and experts.
