The Ca’ Foscari University of Venice is in search of bright graduates from abroad seeking to be included in two PhD courses in Economics, financed  by the Marie Curie Scholarships "Innovative Training Network”.

The opportunity is part of a European project that involves Ca’ Foscari University and seven other European universities. The project is called ExSIDE and will include around 15 PhD students on topics related to expectations in the economy. The young people selected by Ca’ Foscari will spend two years in Venice, at the Department of Economics, where they will develop projects on experimental economics and tax evasion, coordinated by professors Michele Bernasconi and Paolo Pellizzari.

The initiative expects to be followed by partner universities in Paris and Amsterdam. More information can be found from the project website at exside-itn.eu where you can also fill in an application, which must be completed by January 15th, if you wish to participate in the selection process.
