Celebrate Ca’ Foscari with a video!

The 150th anniversary of the founding of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice is just around the corner. After the success of the Call for Photos, which gathered many photographs documenting events and memories at Ca’ Foscari, and the selection of a new colorful logo for the occasion, many cultural proposals and activities will involve our community to celebrate our anniversary, including this initiative:

The video contest "Racconta i 150 anni di Ca’ Foscari in 150 secondi"

Short films telling the story of college life, in the present and in the past, as personal and creative homages to our university. The call is open to anyone who belongs or belonged to the Ca’ Foscari community.

The short films must be new and original and no longer than 150 seconds and weight no more than 400MB; a representative photograph and a synopsis of 500 characters. An information sheet on the candidate will be appreciated.

Participation is free of charge. Registration must be done by filling-in the specific form that can be found in the call. The material must be sent as mp4 encoded in h264 through Wetransfer, sending the download link to 150@unive.it by February 15th 2018 at 12.30pm.

The technical commission will be judge, select and choose the best short film that will be publicly presented and awarded during the 2018 Ca’ Foscari Short Film Festival.
