Ca' Foscari University, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in New Delhi, brings some of the most interesting representatives of the Indian creative community to Venice. These artistic minds flourish in contemporary India and are helping to change the culture, aspirations and future generations' relationship towards tradition. The event, coordinated by the Department of Management, will be an occasion to meet some of the leading names in the movement for women's changing role in India.
The initiative Conversations with Contemporary India will open officially on Friday the 23rd of September at Ca’ Dolfin, in the presence of the rector Michele Bugliesi, Indian Ambassador in Italy Anil Wadhwa, Italian Ambassador in India Lorenzo Angeloni and the Deputy Principal Director for Promotion of Italian Language and Culture (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation) Giovanni Battista Iannuzzi.
