STATEMENT
I'm a highly motivated and independent individual that is able to reach his goal even in autonomy. I'm a ductile person and I have no fear of face new challenges, even if distant from my background and even if I have to change my methodological approach. I never stopped learning things, even if they apparently seems away from my path, sure that a new experience can always come in handy when you least expect it. This is how I obtained some significant professional and personal achievements, being able to start my independent research path attracting research funds and finally being accepted as a valuable resource in any research group. Indeed, when working in a group or mentoring students, I always do my best to help everyone to express his potential to achieve the team goal. This behavior allow me to rapidly get in touch with people, to help students, to be involved in research work and, not less important, this allowed me to be part Venice rowing team with which I've run the Regata Storica in 2015 and 2016 during my PhD.
This multidisciplinary academic path reflects my needs of acquiring differents skills to face bigger challenges and, as my goal is to do great, valuable science, it was a necessary path.
