The course will deepen students’ understanding of human behavior and provide theoretical and practical knowledge for understanding and managing people in organizations. We will examine the topic at different levels of analysis, namely individual, team, and organization using important research theories as well as considering actual practice in different organizations.
The course will help students to develop a set of frameworks and tools for understanding and managing their own and others' behaviors and for assessing how human behaviors can influence organizational effectiveness.
Specifically the course is designed :
- to help students become more aware of themselves and others and how individual and group differences may influence behavior
- to develop students’ skills in analyzing human behavior in organizations in order that they can be more effective managers
- to enable students to develop a wider knowledge of the challenges managers face in managing human behaviors in modern organizations

Basic knowledge of strategy and organization design
The course will present relevant research on a variety of organizational behavior topics.

The course is divided into three sections one focusing on the individual level of analysis, the second looking at the group level, and the final one considering the organization level.
