The first webinar will explore the evolution of CSRD in light of the proposed changes introduced by the Omnibus Package and the implications of these changes for corporate reporting, particularly for Italian companies. In addition, the webinar will delve into the concept of dual materiality, analysing its practical impacts for companies. Dual materiality, the starting point for the reporting process, requires companies to identify relevant issues from the perspective of both environmental and social impact, as well as financial materiality.

Next meetings:
25 June, 16.00 - 17.30 - Climate change, risks and company reports
24 September, 16.00 - 17.30 - Sustainability in the relationship between SMEs and banks
