Students' opinions and employment

The Floor to Students

Stefano Grosso tells us why she chose the Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences.

Stefano was interviewed by Radiocafoscari, the university's web radio which is managed and held by Ca' Foscari's students.

Why did you choose this Master's Degree Programme?

I chose environmental sciences because since I was a child I was interested in pollution, climate change, and environmental protection especially with regards to the sea as I was born in Venice. This is also why I chose Ca’ Foscari as it seemed to offer the best education offer when I compared it to other Italian universities.

What do you enjoy about this Master's degree programme?

I like the practical approach with many labs and workshops, especially the week of interdisciplinary workshops at Falcade during the Bachelor’s programme, and the limited amount of students that allows for a more direct relationship with professors.

How would you describe your experience at Ca’ Foscari?

My experience at Ca’ Foscari was overall positive, also because of my periods abroad as part of the Joint Degree and as an intern with Erasmus+.
